"Total Frustration"
I used to really enjoy this service, but for the last couple of months, it’s been just awful. I have no clue what’s happening here. I purchased access, but using this service has become a total hassle. Each image takes a few minutes to load, and the zoom feature? Yeah, that takes even longer, just like any other customization option. I’ve noticed similar complaints from others, so it’s not just me. I’m hoping you can sort this out because right now, it feels like I’m throwing my money away.

"Automatic Renewal Issue with My Account"
My account was set to renew automatically. Since we’ve stopped using Etsy, we decided to cancel our Smartmockups subscription. We did enjoy your product while we had it; it was fantastic. But now, we just don’t need it anymore.
We got hit with a renewal charge, but when I reached out to your support team, they refunded us in less than an hour. I was really impressed. Top-notch service all around.
I definitely recommend their services and the support team.

I checked out the video on linking Canva with Smartmockups. Honestly, I was blown away by how it can print on t-shirts, mugs, and a bunch of other stuff. It's really simple to use; literally anyone can jump in without any prior experience.
